Cierra Gross is the founder and CEO of Worklution, Inc., a Future of Work solutions company operating three distinct brands at the intersection of workers' rights, HR technology, and legal access.

Caged Bird HR is Worklution's flagship brand, delivering independent HR support directly to employees across industries — bypassing the institutional HR function that was never designed to serve them. Wrk Receipts is Worklution's consumer AI product, a mobile application that helps workers document workplace incidents in real time and receive immediate guidance on their rights. Wrk Legal connects workers to vetted employment attorneys, closing the gap between documentation and legal action. Together, the three brands form an end-to-end ecosystem for workers navigating hostile or high-stakes workplace situations, and Worklution holds one of the largest proprietary datasets on the employee experience.

Cierra bootstrapped Worklution to $1M+ in revenue within two years and has been recognized as one of the most consequential emerging business minds of her generation. Her work has been featured in Forbes, The Guardian, Yahoo, and beyond.

Her academic foundation started at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she graduated early with honors in Political Science on a pre-law track, followed by a Master's in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. She went on to build her career in HR at ExxonMobil and Google, and in the tech startup ecosystem, before founding Worklution.
